Terms of Use

Kwader HR is a multi-tenant SaaS platform used by many companies to manage their teams. The App is provided to you through your employer, who creates and manages your account — individual employees are onboarded by their company rather than signing up personally. Access continues only while you are employed and authorised by your employer. Companies can request access to the platform at kwaderhr.com.

• Use the App only for legitimate work-related purposes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other employees without authorisation.
• Do not submit false attendance or manipulate location data.

Data you submit (such as leave requests or attendance) is processed by your employer in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App, including its software, design and content, is owned by Kwader HR and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Official HR records held by your employer prevail in case of any discrepancy.

Your access may be suspended or terminated by your employer or by us where required to protect the security or integrity of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
